1. Betutu Chicken or Duck
This type of food is a Balinese speciality served whole and characterised by Balinese herbs or spices.
Betutu means grilled. Balinese betutu chicken food is much favoured because it has variants such as fried betutu or betutu with sauce.
Betutu chicken or duck is usually only found in the Gilimanuk area, Gianyar Bali. This cuisine is best eaten with warm rice, Plecing Kale, and spicy Sambal Matah.
